properties of them,so that it is used and can't affect other external agencies.
4 Performance required-

the use of structures
5 Avaibability-
Material used in construction work should be easily available in nearest market,so that transportation cost will be less.So that construction work can
done in low cost.
6 )Disposibility recyclableility-
civil engineering materials must be of di-sposing type and may be of recycle ofter our work itso that doesn't effect the local environment.
